Building Surveys

Building Surveys – if a client requires a specific detailed report without photographic evidence but dealing with matters that are of particular concern or additions/alterations you are looking to complete at the property then we can commission the older style Building Survey.  We can tailor the report to your specific requirements.  This report does not follow the RICS form of traffic light reporting but is based on a detailed examination without a Condition Rating of each element of the property.  If you require an example please contact the office to request such a sample.
